Responding to DMCA Notices on Unblocked Games G+

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, Unblocked Games G+ will promptly respond by taking down or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also make reasonable efforts to notify the user who posted the allegedly infringing content (the “Subscriber”) of the complaint and the removal. Our standard procedure is to comply with all valid takedown requests to ensure the integrity of content on Unblocked Games G+.

Unblocked Games G+ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the account of any user who is a repeat infringer.
